CSC Transport Limited Manages Multi-Supplier Consolidation from Shekou to Conakry

CSC Transport Limited has completed a series of consolidated shipments from Shekou to Conakry, managing 15 × 40’ HQ containers of UPS and power supply electronics under a structured warehouse-led operation.

The scope included door pickups from multiple suppliers, ranging from 6 to 27 suppliers per container, followed by in-house warehouse consolidation to ensure orderly handling and secure loading. By centralising the process at its own facility, CSC maintained control over cargo organization and shipment flow throughout the operation.

The movement progressed as planned from origin to destination, reflecting disciplined coordination and an efficient consolidation model designed to support large-volume, multi-supplier cargo.
